Despite the poison, Morrigan refuses pity and resents those she blames for her suffering, especially Elara and Elysia. When a beast delivers an antidote from King Phoenix, Morrigan angrily accuses the Phoenixes of wanting to humiliate her and threatens to reveal the medicine to her mother for better treatment. After taking the antidote, she briefly feels relief but then suddenly attacks, leaving her fate uncertain.
