After Player Leonard clears a lethal stage and forces the game to crash, the system awards him a fear-based title and a bloodstained weapon while the stage is permanently closed and 13 psychiatric hospitals suffer damage. Game officials urgently try to contact him and uncover that Leonard is an orphan adopted by a kind elderly woman who has been searching since he vanished three months ago. His phone is switched off, so Mr. Wallen heads to Leonard's house. Leonard, returning after three months, rushes home and cries, "Grandma!" as officials move in.
