At a school gathering, children Riley and Rhea play near Mr. Ives, whose heterochromia sparks whispers that they "look just like Mr. Ives." The crowd shouts, "Expel them!" as staff pull the children away. Mr. Devin of Atlas Corp is offended, and rumors that Mr. Ives has been searching the Regal Hotel surface. Their expulsion and gala status remain undecided, forcing a tense school decision.
