Terry's reputation as Dragonhall’s strict leader, the "Punisher," is introduced. Chloe arrives, fills out paperwork, and endures taunts that label her a country bumpkin. In an awkward first meeting, Chloe and Terry exchange names and bicker over closing a door. The episode ends with Chloe moved into Terry’s house under guarded eyes, their uneasy coexistence becoming the immediate pressure point for the next confrontation.
