From Hostage to Hegemon - Episode 8

Returning wounded after destroying Northland's military base, King Xavier Taylor is hailed and recorded as a savior. Promoted to Master, he rallies citizens, orders them to stand, raise swords and ride to raze Northland's fortress, telling them to pray to heaven and bow to parents instead of obeying the evil queen or Northlanders. News reaches Northland that fewer than a hundred prisoners routed their base; commanders call the king insane and order troops back to the fortress. The episode ends with the Northland cry, "Crush king of Ystravia!" and both sides left heading toward an unresolved clash.
