At a tense wedding meeting Scott tells Alison the ceremony will go on but she won't be the bride. Alison and her father, Mr. Ritchie, arrive to beg Scott to save their factory—it's 200 million in debt. Scott agrees to transfer 300 million to the company, but the bailout is used as leverage: he accuses Alison of sleeping with Kyle, warns her family could be ruined again, and declares she belongs to him. Alison protests; someone suddenly shouts "Kyle!", leaving a confrontation with Kyle unresolved.
