Helen and Sam: A Legal Love Story - Episode 2

Helen Jones, a famed lawyer, exposes the man on trial in a domestic-violence case; medical reports show plaintiff Julia Drake has multiple fractures and now needs a catheter. The accused denies abuse and the judge orders a ten-minute recess. Helen visits Julia, who is devastated, while colleagues warn Helen not to push too hard. Sam unexpectedly returns from Nexa and hands Helen a file his boss asked him to deliver, prompting hallway gossip and noting Mr. Liam's courtroom attendance.
