Sam's mother catches him and demands he bring a girlfriend home this weekend after accusing him of hiding a relationship. Pressured, Sam asks colleague Helen to pretend to be his girlfriend to calm his mother. Helen agrees and meets Mrs. Liam on Saturday; the mother is immediately friendly but presses for marriage plans and tells them to discuss it with Helen's parents.
