Hello, I Missed You Too - Episode 2

An early confrontation opens the episode when a man coldly tells Ms. Penn she knows who he is and accuses her of trying to use that to get close; he calls their past a "small chapter" and she withdraws. Back at the office, Hailey's boss Mr. Keaton notices she's pale, insists on driving her home, and presses about her link to Damon. Hailey admits she once interned at Avilion and worked with Mr. Mercer but refuses to name her son Cody’s father, saying only, "He's dead." She returns to Cody, but the unanswered paternity and Mercer resemblance hang over her.
