Honest Man Seen at Last - Episode 1

At a public gathering, John, a construction worker, vows to fund Sara's studies and register their marriage. Sara's family and onlookers mock his class and small ring; under pressure Sara abruptly breaks off the relationship, revealing she's engaged to a Taylor Group manager with a larger ring. Humiliated and ordered to take his ring and leave, John is pushed out.
