Family plead over an injured woman: "You can still save her... Please save her," but doctors say, "We've tried our best. Our condolences." At the bedside a woman whispers to Liz, "Don't leave me here alone," while a child says, "I wish you, me, and Daddy will live happily ever after." Grief turns to blame. The woman confesses, "I was blind and stupid to choose that bastard as your father," and vows, "I swear I'll avenge you. I'm going to drag you straight to hell." The episode ends with that threat hanging over the father.
