Silvia, told she is an outsider by others in the house, refuses to eat the food someone prepared for her. The confrontation escalates when she is pressured to eat, leading her to angrily push a woman named Sophia, who falls and scrapes her leg. Everyone demands Silvia apologize, but she clutches her stomach and claims she needs to go to the hospital for her baby. The group dismisses it as a ploy, but then Silvia starts bleeding, forcing a man named Stewart to rush her to the hospital and leaving the others in stunned alarm.
