Declan confronts Iris, accusing her of bullying the new employee, Bianca, at work. He promotes Bianca on the spot and fires Iris’s colleague, Nora. Later, Declan arrives at the house with Bianca, informing Iris he is moving out and threatens divorce if Iris ever ‘messes with’ Bianca again. Hurt by his harsh actions over a woman and an incident she didn’t commit, Iris accepts that their marriage has reached a breaking point.
