I Only Have Brisket for You Episódio Completo
001
Richard confesses to Katelyn in a restaurant that he cheated, blaming her fiery 'redneck' spirit for the breakup and offers her money. An enraged Katelyn confronts him, revealing she had suppressed her true personality for their relationship and throws a drink at him. A man named Benjamin witnesses the scene, is impressed by her spirit and the barbecue she made, and offers her $10 million to pose as his fiancée for ten days. Katelyn dismisses both Richard and Benjamin's offer, leaving the conflict unresolved.
002
A rancher who accidentally doused a wealthy man with barbecue the previous night is surprised when the man visits her. He proposes an unusual deal: she must pretend to be his fiancée for ten days in exchange for a prime restaurant space and a large sum of money. Initially dismissing it as a 'rich boy game', she is persuaded by the lucrative offer. The man demands she act as 'rough' and 'unruly' as possible, which she agrees to, switching to her authentic, blunt persona. Their new 'partnership' is immediately tested when a polished rival confronts the man, asking why he chose the rancher over her. He dismisses the rival for not being 'real enough', as the rancher stands by, already drawing judgmental glares from the other woman.
003
Benjamin introduces his girlfriend to what seems to be his family, but they immediately insult her appearance and smell, comparing her to a stable and a food truck. After one person explicitly repeats the insults, the girlfriend reacts fiercely, warning the woman to shut her mouth or she'll rip her lashes off. This direct threat escalates the confrontation, leaving Benjamin's family shocked by her aggressive attitude towards a guest in their home.
004
A man introduces his girlfriend to his mother over a tense family meal. The girlfriend asserts she's there for her boyfriend, not to please the mother, leading to a sharp confrontation. The mother complains to her son about the girlfriend's disrespect. He responds by giving his mother an ultimatum: if she's unsatisfied, he will break up with his girlfriend but will then avoid relationships entirely, leaving the mother to reluctantly accept the situation to keep him from withdrawing completely. The girlfriend later privately questions the boyfriend about her 'performance'.
005
A woman reacts with shock and disappointment at the cold, bland, and elaborately presented meal at the Miller family table, calling it tasteless. Another person dismisses her critique as a lack of understanding of wealthy refinement and taste, threatening to expel her as an unwanted guest. Insulted and hungry, she defiantly leaves the table, declaring she will handle the situation herself. When challenged about her actions, she demands to know the kitchen's location and storms off, leaving the others to watch her go with skeptical curiosity about what she intends to do.
006
A woman arrives at a dinner party in Texas, carrying smoked brisket in her bag as a local custom. The host and other guests react with disgust, calling the food black and unsanitary. She defends her cooking, explaining it was smoked for 12 hours with pecan wood. Meanwhile, a boy named Benjamin, who reportedly has an eating disorder, is unable to eat. As the strong aroma of the brisket fills the room, Benjamin unexpectedly finds the smell incredible, shocking those around him.
007
A man begins meticulously preparing a brisket, ordering another person to fetch hot water. He describes the crucial, unhurried process of smoking the meat with pecan wood and crafting the barbecue sauce with spices, calling it the 'soul' of the dish. After careful work, he completes the preparation, declaring it ready to serve.
008
At the Miller House, a man prepares a meal of brisket for himself. Others at the scene watch him eat, complaining that he is cooking but not sharing. He sharply reminds them this is not a diner. When they continue to pressure him, he points out their hypocrisy, recalling they had previously criticized his cooking as smelling like kerosene and being poisonous. After some banter, he finally gives them a small taste, insisting it's all they get as he needs to eat too. He urges them to try it before it gets cold. The episode ends as one man, Benjamin, eats a piece, causing a surprised reaction from another person.
009
A person reluctantly shares a small portion of their own food with others in an inadequately stocked kitchen. Tension arises as they complain about the cheapness of the others and the need to supply everything themselves. A second person then tastes the food and is amazed by its quality. They turn their attention to a man named Benjamin, accusing him of eating like a hog and finishing his share too quickly, highlighting a conflict over the limited resources.
010
A man praises the simple virtues of Texas cooking, dismissing fancy food after sharing a meal with a woman. He notices her genuine enjoyment despite her reserved words. Eager to prove his point, he insists on cooking a proper Texas feast of spicy pulled pork for her the next night, claiming it's far superior to brisket. Though she initially declines, mentioning the household already has a chef, he persists. The woman finally reveals there are unused ingredients available, allowing the plan to proceed, and they agree on the time.
