The Sky Kingdom’s royal family orders him to hand over the tower to the newly appointed Grand Preceptor, the Sea God, but Charlie doubts the Sea God's ability to control the beasts. Facing intense pressure and threats of extermination from the royal family, Charlie grows frustrated by their greed and disregard for the tower’s danger. Ultimately, Charlie decides to quit, dissolving the Demon-Sealing Pact and releasing the Soul Beasts. As the tower’s seal breaks, chaos looms with the beasts finally freed.
