At their five-year anniversary celebration, the man threatens his wife with divorce if she sides with his mother again. Another woman then accuses the wife of scheming to steal the marriage five years prior by exploiting a life-saving favor. In a flash of memory, the wife reflects on years of lovelessness and the loss of their child. Heartbroken and with nothing left to lose, she declares she will no longer bother him and sets him free.
