New hire Clara Quinn, pregnant, is seated beside Mr. Hansen, provoking Yulia and coworkers who accuse her of taking Yulia's spot and whisper she's Mr. Hansen's wife. Clara says Mr. Hansen placed her because of her pregnancy. Yulia threatens to force her out and is assigned documents to finish by morning. Mr. Hansen learns Mrs. Hansen's duties are arranged and asks whether to keep looking for "the woman from five months ago." A bracelet is exchanged; one woman accepts responsibility while another admits no one tried to find her. Clara keeps the seat, but loyalties and that past remain unresolved.
