Mr. Perfectly Fertile - Episode 10

Rihanna brings her husband Gael to the urology clinic after the doctor finds a testicular rupture with a tunica tear. The doctor says moderate rupture may not affect sexual function but wants to examine him. Gael refuses treatment, saying he’s accepted his condition and begging Rihanna to stop. Rihanna insists and tries to get him to lower his pants for the exam. Gael panics, physically resists and cries, "let me go," ordering her to stay back. The confrontation ends with the exam refused and their medical decision unresolved, leaving his injury untreated and the couple at an impasse.
