My Ex Is an Alpha, My Future Is a King - Episode 2

At a child's birthday celebration, Leo makes his wish: to replace his current mother, Roxy, with the heroic warrior Valerie. His father dismisses this as childish talk, encouraging Leo to blow out his candles anyway. The scene shifts to later at home, where Roxy, visibly injured, is harshly ordered by Valerie to fetch wine and mocked for her pain by the child. As Roxy bleeds, she is told she is disgusting and to clean up the mess, highlighting her miserable position within the household. The episode ends with the birthday wish for a new mother hanging ominously over the wounded woman.
