Specialists conclude the killer must be at least a Nationbreaker or even a Worldbreaker—until ruins reveal small feline footprints. Someone suggests Fred, but he’s an F-rank Beast Master, so that seems impossible. The episode ends on the unresolved puzzle: a tiny cat's tracks at a near-impossible kill.
