No Need for Me at the Pass - Épisode 1

At the Aureate border pass, Sean, the military governor, is accused by the Grand Master Silas Zoven of faking demon attacks to monopolize a secret treasure. Despite Sean's long claims of guarding the pass for 300 years and slaying demon kings, Silas commands him to surrender and leave or face death. Under overwhelming pressure and threats, Sean reluctantly agrees to withdraw, warning that demon calamity will come once the guardian’s protection ends. As Sean steps down, Silas and his forces plan to seize control, leaving the pass vulnerable and the true threat unresolved.
