'She's dead!' opens the episode as Don and Zulia face a sudden death that could expose their asset transfers. Joan found they used their positions to move funds; Zulia warns that if Joan lives they'll be exposed. Don denies killing her, but they decide to report the CEO's death as an accident. Don, the GM, will take over White Group and make Zulia the sole heiress. The episode cuts to Tommy, surprised by an engagement gift from his mother and told to thank Amy; he was not informed. Cruel taunts about the match leave the takeover and Tommy's fate unresolved.
