Joyce accuses Roslyn of having an affair with Jerald, sparking a heated confrontation between the two women. Roslyn vehemently denies the claim and demands Joyce swear on her innocence. Both ultimately swear they have done nothing wrong, but tensions escalate as Joyce refuses to apologize for calling Roslyn out or for hitting her. Roslyn demands an apology and for Joyce to kneel, which Joyce defiantly rejects, leading to the cancellation of an upcoming wedding. The episode ends with Quinn shocked to learn that Joyce has been physically assaulting Roslyn, leaving their family conflict deeply unresolved.
