At a pre-signing gathering a woman confronts Liam for socializing with a “sleazy guy,” threatens him with a cue and is ordered out by staff. In the commotion she reveals ten million was transferred to Mr. Porter from Vandrelle Group and insists the signing is ready. Liam apologizes and leaves, claiming something came up. Later, an impressed businessman introduces himself as James Duncan, CEO of Vandrelle, to Mr. Harper. With the transfer confirmed and the CEO on site, the planned signing is set but power and motives around the money remain undecided.
