As a convoy of Sable women marches through town, villagers plead for mercy, give clothes and money, and honor the fallen King of North. Willow Sable publicly vows to follow her father's cause and protect the empire. After the crowd disperses, a man instructs a guard to secretly protect Ms. Sable, but soldiers begin leering and plan to send the women to the Royal Arts Hall where many will sleep with them. They harass and seize a younger woman; she cries, "Willow, save me!" The episode ends on that urgent plea, protection still uncertain.
