When new boss Mr. Foster orders mandatory employee check-ups and insists on female gynecologists, staff are sent to the clinic. Charles calls his grandmother to arrange a meeting with Ms. Cooper, adding family marriage pressure. At the clinic Cindy claims to be Mr. Foster's fiancée to shut down gossip. A patient tells Dr. Mia she’s carrying twins and asks for an abortion, tearfully apologizing to the fetuses.
