Wendy confronts others at the hospital after being told her daughter Jane died due to missing the rescue window. Despite staff insisting Jane is dead, Wendy desperately denies it and causes a scene, accusing them of lying and cursing Jane. Those around her urge Wendy to stop and offer help, reminding her that Jane loved her and that joking about Jane’s death is inappropriate. The tension escalates until Wendy defiantly demands everyone see Jane for themselves, implying Jane might still be alive. The episode ends with uncertainty hanging over Jane’s true fate.
