A student is cornered by classmates demanding 'protection money' and must surrender her valuable study notes to get her homework back. Instead of valuing them, the students, led by a boy named Yale, dismiss studying but see an opportunity: they assign her to do their homework and demand she become the top scorer to save face for their mocked class. They threaten severe violence if she fails. Later, her name is posted as first in the grade, fulfilling their demand and shocking the school, but when Yale tries to celebrate, she coldly rejects him to focus on her studies.
