The Kids Who Carried the Valedictorian - Episode 8

A top student is cornered by a man who offers money and then tries to assault him. He resists but is saved by a group of classmates who beat back the attacker. The rescued student is scolded for his passiveness. A more assertive classmate then gives him a weapon and urges him to fight back, teaching him to retaliate against anyone who wrongs him. When the original assailant returns, the top student is forced to confront him directly, leading to a violent and unresolved physical confrontation.
