Conrad finds his dog Sunny dead and accuses Harvey Scott of killing him. He storms Harvey, vows revenge and demands to strike; Harvey admits it and even provokes Conrad to hit him. Others rush in to calm and shame Conrad, calling Sunny "just a dog," offering replacements and reminding him they took him in. Conrad calls them liars and pleads to Sunny.
