A man mistakes a woman for someone else and confronts her, but she denies knowing him. Realizing they are both caught in a misunderstanding, he proposes a deal: she becomes his legal wife for three years to appease his family and avoid arranged marriages. In return, he promises to cover her expenses and stay out of her life. She agrees, setting strict boundaries to keep the marriage purely on paper. They head to City Hall to register the marriage while his associates worry about his temper and the duo's uncertain ordeal begins.
