Saniya Riggs, a celebrity assistant who helped Dominic become an A-list actor and died as his fiancée, wakes up a year earlier. She recalls Dominic denying paternity and a rival declaring, "From now on, I'm in charge of his career," after Saniya's dissertation is approved and even plotting headlines from her death. Determined to stop the cycle, she and Abby race to the opening ceremony when Dominic throws a tantrum to avert the boss's fury. They confront Corinne; Corinne snaps, "I'm the leading actress here. How dare you hit me?" The episode ends with the public showdown unresolved.
