The Raft and the Reckoning - Episode 3

As a tsunami floods the city, Beck urgently urges people to board his small raft, warning that the first wave will pass but the water will keep rising rapidly. When two large men demand space on the raft, Beck refuses and tells them to seek shelter in an office building instead, recalling his past mistake of trying to save everyone. Angered, they vow revenge. Meanwhile, desperate survivors beg Beck to save them, offering bribes, but he coldly decides to save only one person—Celia Wynn. The episode ends with shock and confusion over Beck's choice to rescue only her.
