The Revenant's Vow: Shattered Crown - Odcinek 1

"Crown Princess Astrid is murdered on the eve of her coronation by her fiancé Erik and her closest confidant Silas, who poison her wine and usurp the throne. Her soul descends to the underworld, where she bargains with the Norns—the three Fates of Norse mythology—trading her 'human warmth' for forbidden black magic and a second chance at life. Resurrected in the frozen wastes of the far north, she collides with Ragnar, the late king's illegitimate son and a savage warlord who rules the borderlands with iron and fire. Recognizing complementary strengths, they forge a dark alliance: Astrid supplies the strategy and sorcery; Ragnar provides the muscle and army. Disguised as a mysterious priestess, Astrid infiltrates the capital and systematically dismantles her enemies from within. Using mind-reading and desire magic, she drives Erik to public madness, manipulates Silas into discovering he was marked for disposal, and turns the love-obsessed courtier Linnea into an unwitting pawn who raises the 'Mirror of Truth' before the entire kingdom. But every spell drains Astrid's life force, triggering an ice curse that encases her body from within. Only Ragnar's searing body heat can pull her back from the brink of death, forcing them into repeated acts of forced physical intimacy that gradually ignite a taboo love neither can name. At the coronation ceremony, the Mirror of Truth broadcasts Erik and Silas's treasonous affair and the murder of Astrid to every corner of the realm. The villains turn on each other in real time, tearing each other apart before the horrified court. In the final battle, Astrid overextends her magic to shatter the royal defensive array, freezing herself solid in the process. Ragnar cuts open his own chest and pours his burning blood over her ice-locked body, melting the curse with the heat of his devotion.
