At a wedding, Chloe asks Jamie how she looks, then a young man suddenly collapses nearby. Bystanders find he has only two pills; someone recognizes the drug as an expensive pulmonary fibrosis treatment and offers to take him for a refill, but he refuses. Onlookers mock his fate and whisper he can't afford care. Rumors spread that the collapsed man might be Theo; Chloe chases and confronts him, but he denies it. Others tell Chloe "Theo's not worth your tears" and pull her away, leaving the man's identity and Chloe's next move unresolved.
