Too Famous to Abandon Now - Episode 3

Leroy returns and demands to enter the Cloudspire Tournament, prompting his father and grandfather to scorn him as a loser and concubine’s son. They mock his lack of skill, but his grandfather reluctantly allows entry with a warning: no mercy and any consequences will fall on Leroy alone. Leroy accepts—My life and death are mine to bear. Outside, rivals deride the Cannons' desperation and boast their prodigy will finish top three and bend the city to their will. The episode ends with Leroy in the ring, isolated and facing hostile, determined opponents.
