Rival backers prepare for an imminent auction and agree to place a $16.5 billion bid, deciding to deal with Zoe only after they win. As the bidding nears, Ms. Lynn receives a new phone sent by Mr. Reese; his aide insists Reese earned everything to protect her. The episode closes with the auction beginning, Zoe still missing, and the $16.5 billion gamble unresolved.
