The man tries to entice her to stay by describing the Mid-Ring's wonders compared to their current 'hellish' location, suggesting she experience life among humans. She firmly refuses, stating she belongs at her home, leaving him to remark he has never met anyone like her. He then offers to assist her to bed, indicating her captivity continues.
