War Rings - Episode 4

Jack is arrested after a violent brawl he claims was started by someone named Lucas. An agent named Bruce demands his release, stating Jack is under Star Shield jurisdiction and the organization will handle the incident, but warns that any further harm to civilians will result in his arrest. Jack confronts Bruce, learning he has been watched since a mysterious ring fused with his finger.
