Phoebe calls her father to say she'll return for his engagement to Vivian; Vivian, a PhD education specialist, will come to the school. In class a history lesson is underway when parents arrive and Alfred appears because his daughter teaches there. Staff urgently conspire to keep Elliot's father's Jovian identity secret—Alfred's father and grandfather died fighting Jovians and he despises them—and warn Brady to behave around Alfred's daughter. Alfred finds Elliot in Class Four and a parent shouts, "How dare she bully my son!" With Alfred present and the secret at stake, the episode ends on a brewing confrontation.
