A Mother Adored: From Office Outcast to CEO's Beloved - Episodio 3

Evelyn Stone, the company's design manager, publicly humiliates an intern who begs for another chance, demanding she 'kneel' or be fired. Colleagues shove the intern's things out while one person finally whispers, 'I'll kneel.' Mr. Wood arrives and, citing bullying, strips Evelyn of one managerial level and imposes a three-month pay cut. Amelia is immediately told to finalize her permanent position, and staff are sent home early. The episode ends with Evelyn left demoted and isolated as colleagues leave, her standing at the company suddenly changed and her next move unresolved.
