A Mother's Cruel Mistake - Episode 1

Annie is rushed into Everwell Hospital after a car crash; she records that being accepted to Quinbert University would make her mother love her more. Doctors find severe chest bleeding and urgently call Annie's mother for surgical consent, but the mother refuses to come, screams "Let her die!" and blames Annie and her father for past deceit. As the OR is prepped, Annie asks that her organs be donated if she dies. Her blood pressure collapses and she slips into cardiac arrest; with consent unconfirmed, surgeons race to save her and her fate hangs unresolved.
