At a makeshift ER the legendary Storm Matron, cold and deadly and identified as Vera, is found as staff confirm a Rank S Esper presence. Technicians and paying patients try system replication but it fails. One frustrated patient decides Vera needs electricity to awaken. He checks a bulb, tampers with live wires, and is branded a nutcase; he replies, I've got you. Claiming to be a transmigrator here to save her, he prepares a deliberate electrical push. The episode ends with him about to apply current, leaving Vera's awakening and the fallout unresolved.
