With the apocalypse two days away, a woman is told she isn't sick but an Esper and must awaken her power. Safety measures in her ward prevent tests, so someone leads her to a spot with live wires to force an awakening. She panics, refuses at first, and fears electrocution. Others insist shocks made her tougher, call her the Storm Matron and promise Rank S power if she tries. Convinced, she places her hands on the live wires; in the final beat she awakens. With the apocalypse imminent, the episode ends on whether her sudden awakening will change what's coming.
