Blood and Dust: The Last Rider - Episode 3

A man finds a high-tech chip his father was killed for and is ambushed while fleeing. A broadcast reveals 'Silverwing', a former Steel Wings captain, is now a fugitive accused of stealing classified supplies. He confronts an old man with a mechanical arm who holds the same T-X-Omega serial code chip Silverwing has sought for ten years. The old man refuses to surrender it, challenging Silverwing to take it by force.
