Dawn of the Martial King - Episode 7

Old Mr. Norman confronts Matthew (using the name Zachary) and pressures him to marry his granddaughter instead of Shannon, warning Shannon's unusual background makes marriage difficult. Matthew refuses: he calls himself a rough soldier, says he doesn't deserve the granddaughter, and insists he is already engaged. Norman agrees not to force him, offers to treat his injuries, and asks for repayment. Ms. Clark then arrives demanding Matthew. She finds him, labels him a coward, and announces she has come to break off their engagement, leaving his identity exposed and the fallout unresolved.
