During a famine, a woman claims a bag made from the cloth that wrapped her husband as a baby and demands it back for meat. Raiders threaten to expose the household as unfilial and seize food; desperate villagers could overrun them. To avoid a scene, Corey offers the bag for meat. Later, a market system detects a lost embroidery technique on the cloth and prompts a sale, but two hosts disagree. The owner refuses to sell: the cloth is the only proof to identify their biological parents. They keep it and vow to find other food tomorrow, leaving survival uncertain.
