Contact with Lilian reveals Louie is alive but cornered; she urges responders to tell him not to move because help is coming. Inside the instance someone begins preparing and then calls out, "Louie, are you here to visit me?" Ember's team teleports in as Lilian remains trapped, leaving the rescue in an unresolved confrontation.
