An S-rank anomaly appears in the hospital—the head nurse—and staff panic as Anomalous Security refuse to confront her. Louie moves to stop her, even saying he'll risk his life, but is urged to run. The head nurse then reveals herself as Louie's aunt, greets him and declares, "I'll leave the hospital in your hands now." Simultaneously a system congratulates Louie for completing a quest and grants access to a private hospital instance. The episode ends with Louie forced to decide whether to accept his aunt's authority and the instance access or try to stop an S-rank presence alone.
