At college a new student provokes Jack, the campus bully, who orders him to slap himself 18 times and write "I'm a dumpkin" 100 times or be made to disappear. Onlookers say Brandon misjudged Jack. Tension rises when a man steps in, warns Jack to leave Evelyn alone and declares, "I'm Evelyn's fiancé." Jack mocks the interruption and rallies his followers. The episode ends as Jack's boys move to grab the challenger, leaving the intruder and the man who claimed to be Evelyn's fiancé surrounded and a fight about to break out.
